COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Last updated 2 October 2026
ClashMetric is where players track their village, learn from coaches and share bases. These guidelines keep it a good place to do that. They apply to everything you post or send in the app: chat messages, photos, shared armies, Community bases and their names, and your username.
They're part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them can get your content removed or your account suspended.
Respect everyone
- No harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation, whether it's aimed at a player, a coach or our team.
- No hate speech. Don't attack anyone for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
- Keep the language clean. No slurs or excessive swearing in messages, usernames or base names.
Keep it safe
- No sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind. Many of our players are teenagers.
- No content that shows, threatens or encourages violence, self-harm or cruelty to animals.
- We have zero tolerance for anything that sexualises or exploits a minor, including trying to groom one. We remove the account permanently and report it to the authorities.
Protect privacy
- Don't share anyone's personal information, such as their real name, address, phone number, photos or social media, without their permission.
- Don't ask other users for theirs.
- Coaches keep coaching inside ClashMetric. Never ask a learner for personal photos or contact details, or to continue the conversation somewhere else.
Be honest
- Don't pretend to be another player, a coach, a member of our team or Supercell.
- Only upload screenshots you took yourself.
- No scams or phishing. Never try to get someone's password, in-game API token or payment details.
- No spam: no ads, referral links or repeated messages nobody asked for.
- Don't sell anything through ClashMetric, including accounts, gems, boosting or coaching outside the app.
Play fair
- Don't share or promote cheats, hacks, bots, modded game clients or exploits.
- Don't buy, sell, trade or share game accounts.
Both also break Supercell's Safe and Fair Play Policy and can get your village banned from Clash of Clans.
Follow the law
- Nothing illegal, including gambling, pirated content or the sale of regulated goods.
- Respect other people's copyright and trademarks.
Reporting a problem
If something breaks these guidelines, long-press the message and tap Report message, or tap the flag on a conversation or a Community base. Your report goes straight to our team, and the person you report isn't told who reported them.
Please report honestly. Knowingly false reports are a breach of these guidelines too.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What happens next
We review every report. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, warn you, limit features, suspend your account or ban it permanently. Serious cases, such as threats or anything involving a child's safety, may be passed to law enforcement.
If we remove your content or restrict your account, we'll tell you what we did and why.
Think we got it wrong? Contact us through Help & support within 6 months and we'll take another look.
Changes
We may update these guidelines as ClashMetric grows. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app.
