DELETE YOUR CLASHMETRIC ACCOUNT

You can delete your ClashMetric account, and the information tied to it, at any time. Deleting is free and you don't need to give a reason.

In the app

• Open the ClashMetric app and sign in.
• Go to Profile, then Delete account.
• Confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately.

Without the app

If you can't sign in, no longer have the app, or can't find the option, email hello@clashmetric.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete it for you.

What is deleted immediately

• Your email address, username, password and Google sign-in.
• Your coach conversations, for both you and the coach.
• Your profile photo, push tokens, course access, progress, ratings and reflections.
• The link to your Clash of Clans accounts. We stop collecting their data.

What is deleted within 90 days

What is left of your account, including your saved bases, is permanently deleted within 90 days. We also ask RevenueCat, which handles purchases for us, to delete its record of you.

What is kept

• Community bases you published become anonymous. They stay available while other players still use them.
• A record of each purchase you made, no longer connected to you, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Google and Apple keep their own records of what you bought.
• Game statistics tied to your Clash of Clans player tags are kept, but are no longer connected to you. They come from public game data in Supercell's Clash of Clans API.

Deleting some of your information

You can remove a saved base, a Community base you published or a linked Clash of Clans account in the app without deleting your account. To ask us to delete anything else, or for a copy of your information, email hello@clashmetric.app.
